Dealing with the warranty support was really disappointing. I kept reaching out hoping for some actual help, but it felt like I had to beg just to get basic answers. After a while, I started feeling resentful because the whole process made it seem like they didn’t really care about fixing the issue.

"Felt a bit overpriced to me"
I expected a little more for what I paid. It’s not terrible, but the quality just feels average to me, so I personally don’t think it was really worth the money.

"Great knife, if only it had been packed like someone cared"
The knife arrived in this flimsy little box with barely any padding, which was a fun choice, I guess. The corners were crushed, and the sheath had marks from sliding around inside the package. For what this costs, I was expecting at least basic effort with the packaging. Apparently that was asking too much. Disappointing overall.
"Wrong item again, and barely any help"
I ordered a specific knife model with the sheath combo shown in the listing, but what arrived wasn’t what I picked. The blade finish was different, and the sheath didn’t match the product page at all.
I sent over photos and my order number, but the replies were slow and not very helpful. They kept insisting it was the correct item, even though I was looking right at the listing and seeing something different.
At this point, I’m just tired of dealing with the same kind of issue again. Mistakes happen, sure, but this was a simple order and it still came wrong. I wouldn’t order from them again...
"Limited editions disappear way too fast"
I’ve tried twice now to buy one of the limited edition knives, and both times it was gone before I could even finish checkout. I’m not asking for anything complicated, just a fair chance to actually buy the thing. It’s frustrating, and at this point it feels kind of pointless to keep checking the site.

The blade seemed fine at first, but it went dull way quicker than I expected. Not sure, just something about it didn’t really hold up for me
"Definitely Bigger Than It Looks Online"
I ordered this knife from toorknives.com thinking it looked like a reasonable size, but apparently photos can be generous. Once I actually had it in hand, it felt way bulkier than I expected and heavier than something I’d want to carry around regularly. Maybe that’s perfect for someone who wants a chunky knife for whatever reason, but for me it just feels awkward and uncomfortable to use. Not exactly what I thought I was getting

"Customization felt a bit limited"
I was kind of hoping for more ways to customize things, but the options felt limited. It might be fine for some people, but for what I wanted, there just weren’t enough choices

"Grip felt rough and uncomfortable"
I really wanted to like this, especially since I felt kind of pressured to make it work after buying it, but the grip just doesn’t feel good in my hand. The texture is way too rough and it gets uncomfortable quickly

"Looked nice, but didn’t cut well"
I was actually excited to try this knife because it looked decent right out of the package, and I had a bunch of vegetables to prep for dinner that night. Unfortunately, it just didn’t cut cleanly at all. I had to press way harder than I expected, and even then it felt like it was dragging through everything instead of slicing. Maybe I got a bad one, but for what I needed, it was disappointing.

"Felt awkward, but I decided to pass"
I was looking at buying from toorknives.com, but i got kind of embarrassed the more I dug around. I kept seeing mixed comments and complaints about the brand, and it made me feel like I maybe should’ve checked sooner before getting interested. Maybe some people have had good experiences, but I just didn’t feel comfortable spending my money there, so I ended up passing.

"Site was a pain to use"
I tried shopping on Toor Knives and got annoyed fast. The pages were loading slow for me, and the menu felt clunky, like I had to keep clicking around just to find basic stuff that should’ve been easy to get to.
The product pages were also kind of messy on my phone, and the filters didn’t really help much. I even thought about reaching out to support, but dealing with copy-paste replies when the site itself is the problem is its own kind of frustrating, so I just gave up before ordering.

I had a bit of a hard time getting into the site because the design feels somewhat dated and a little cluttered. It’s still usable, but a more polished layout would make browsing feel much nicer

I expected this to be sharp right out of the box, but the blade was dull when it arrived. Kind of annoying because I had to spend extra time sharpening it before I could even use it properly

The blade shape just feels kind of clumsy to me. It might work fine for some people, but I can see other customers also feeling like the design is a little off and not very comfortable to use.

"Shipping took longer than I figured it would"
My order took about three weeks to show up, which was way longer than I was assuming based on how these things usually go. I kept checking the tracking, but it didn’t really tell me much, so I was mostly just guessing it was stuck somewhere. Frustrating wait overall.

Just a heads-up for anyone thinking about ordering or reaching out to them: the customer service response time was frustrating. I barely got any replies, and it felt like I was waiting way too long for basic help. If you need quick support, you might want to factor that in before buying.

I was hoping to get some real information about how durable the product is from actual use, but the responses I got over email felt completely automated. It was like a robot was just sending generic replies instead of actually answering my questions. I’d much rather see honest feedback from real customers than vague, copy-paste answers.
